Nowadays, more and more people are addicted to collect something they like. Some would like to collect different kinds of cups. Some would like to collect beautiful shoes. Some would like to collect porcelains. Are you a fan of collection? What kind of collection would you like to collect?
Lisa Courtney who is a super fan of pokemon set a new Guinness World Record with a collection of 12,113 items. Lisa Courtney has been amassed her giant collection over 13 years. She fills her family’s entire house with her pokemon items. She is so obsessed with the pokemon that she even spent her 21st birthday in Japan, the birthplace of the successful Nintendo video-game series. The pokemon collection earned Lisa a place in the newly released Guinness World Records 2010 Gamer’s Edition — and the hearts of geeks everywhere.
There are some collectors who are addicted to collect cigarette cases. Wang Guohua, a Chinese man started to collect different kinds of cigarette cases since 2003. He had collected 30,000 cigarette cases from ten different countries. An entire house could only hold one small part of his collection.
Pam Barker of Leeds, Maine, had been acknowledged by Guinness as the owner of the world’s largest collection of owls. She possesses more than 18,000 owl items. She must be the super fan of owls since she had amassed so many owl items.
Sharon Badgley is a woman who likes amassing Santa Claus. She had collected 6,000 Santa Claus dolls. And she would spend three weeks to display them all. Heinrich Kath, a farmer is addicted to be a collector of beer mugs. Although he does not drink beer, he has been collecting steins since 1997.
Valli Hammer is a collector of rubber ducks. All of her collection is different from each other. It is incredible for her to find over 2,000 rubber ducks. But she was not the world’s largest collector of rubber ducks. The 2,469 ducks she possessed were several hundred fewer than those held by a woman in California who claims the world record.
Ron Tyler is a collector who started amassing key chains 41 years ago. His first collection was a USO key chain purchased in Vietnam where he served as a helicopter gunner. He would like to spend all his lifetime to collect key chains.
Dimitris Pistiolas of Athens is the biggest collector of movie cameras. He owns the world’s largest private collection of movie cameras — 937 vintage models and projectors.
Ron Hood is a collector of Pez dispensers. The basement of his home in Lewiston, Maine, has been fitted to display his collection of Pez dispensers and merchandise. He currently has more than 3,000 Pez items but noted in a 2008 interview that “my collection is considered very small in Pez-collector circles.”

Beer Stein $95.59 Beer stein or simply stein are English neologisms for either traditional beer mugs made out of stoneware, or specifically ornamental beer mugs that are usually sold as souvenirs or collectibles. Such Steins may be made out of stoneware (rarely the inferior earthenware), pewter, porcelain, or even silver, wood or crystal glass; they may have open tops or hinged pewter lids with a thumblever. Steins usually come in sizes of a half liter or a full liter (or comparable historic sizes). Like decorative tankards, they are often decorated in a nostalgic manner, but with allusions to Germany or Bavaria.
